"Have been going to this store for years but no more. Go if you want to waste time waiting for the one guy at the counter spending 30 minutes with one customer looking up his history while there's a line. Then when you ask him if there's anyone else to help he will tell you to go to the next store down the street so that's exactly what I did and was out in 10 minutes. Thanks for the good advice but poor customer service."

"Recently purchased a home in RR and started renovations immediately. We have been to two Sherwin Williams stores for two different paint colors. This location is the closest to our home but never has paint in stock. We are consistently told that the shipment will be in on X date and that "We'll give you a call once your paint is here." Called this afternoon after not receiving a call and now their shipment won't be in until Wednesday or Thursday. We were encouraged to drive all the way to Georgetown if we want our paint anytime soon. Everyone knows that the calibration of each store is slightly different so if we want the same shade we shouldn't go elsewhere.. very disappointed with the communication and the follow up with this location."

"I stopped in to buy some paint and was greeted by Matt. He was very fast, courteous and helpful. Great customer service seems like a lost art nowadays but he has plenty to spare. I can’t speak for any other staff and/or products/services at this location but Matt deserves a top notch review for his efforts."
