"We purchase materials from time to time. From the three women upfront, only one has good customer service. (The one facing the door has good customer service only) the other two not so much. Management has to do something. This is an ongoing thing! Not sure why such an attitude. ?"
"I came in today the lady’s in the front are rude, they over charge me I was trying to explain to them that the price is wrong I got a different price at the other location Austin tx They came out and said that the price from austin and round are not the same ?? Don’t come to this store they will charge you more The one at austin is less expensive"
"Not too happy with what happened today. Nora was helpful enough with my order but thought it was a bit overpriced. $1, 999.00 for a 48 inch double door?!!! Really? Home Depot was only 850.00 but took 10 weeks to get in. At their current pricing, I wouldn't suggest that people buy from them."
"Purchased front door and two sets of French doors from Builders First Source, Round Rock and had them install them so that the doors are covered by their warranty. We reported that the front door has chip in the exterior finish and the key was difficult to go into the lock. We also reported that one of the French doors was very hard to close and cutting a deep gouge in the threshold. They sent someone out to make the repairs and in trying to fix the French door they put large scratches in the exterior finish. We have talked to this company several times since August 2021 and are told they are waiting on parts? These doors were pricey and we are very disappointed in the quality and service."
"While I can't speak to the company as a whole, based on my experience with their "WIndow Specialist" Leno Garza and their "Operations Manager" Bill Budd, I would not recommend this company to anyone. They were contracted to do a fairly routine install of windows on a remodel in Horseshoe Bay approximately one-year ago. To date, we still have two windows with defective latches that have not been fixed, improper weather stripping, and daylight is still visible through sides of some of the windows. Despite countless attempts to have these issues resolved, we have been confronted with what appears repeated delays that can only be attributed to incompetence and a lack of attention to detail. Attempts to contact the manager, John Wilkinson have gone unanswered."
