"I purchased a state lowboy water from ferguson. Even thought I could not find my Reciept,and was less than 2 years old. They Told me they could not find any record of the transaction. I will never refer anyone to ferguson. It seems they want your money and after that it's like bye sucker. With my 50,000 followers I would say stay away. I went to home depot to purchase a replacement. I hope this gets management Attention . They said they would get back with me, really it's been a week and I supplied you the information you requested.as long as it have been in the business I have never seen a company have no regard for it's customers."

"Prices are competitive, but I had nothing but issues. Wrong parts given, broken parts, slow pick up, and on my latest, 2 days for will call to pick my order, then (after receiving a call from them that morning to check when I was going to pick up, I turned up and was told they had put the order back on the shelf and it would be 45 minutes to pick... I don't know how regular customers put up with it personally... add to that, not very friendly staff at pick up."

"Will call is awful, they do the bear minimum amount of work. They are lacking in customer service, and have terrible attitudes. And this is the only Ferguson that I’ve ever visited that you could not add stuff to your ticket at Will call before they print it. Just absolutely laziness or too stupid to do the job. Every interaction I’ve had with the lady who runs the Will call department has left me with a desire to want to go anywhere else to get parts but here. And if this were my companies account, I would’ve already stopped doing business here."
