"This is truly a horrible business. There was once blood on the floor in the pool area that no one bothered to clean up for the entire time we were in class. The rest of the facility is dirty. Their teacher put my son under water and pushed him causing him to be severely disoriented and afraid of the water now. I tried for several months to cancel my subscription. The only way you can do this apparently is through some app where they have to send you a link. I found this out after 2 months of trying to get a hold of someone, anyone, to cancel our subscription. All they ever told me was "we can't refund you because of our policy." Will never be back. Do not recommend anyone take their kids here."
"I am extremely pleased with the swim lessons my baby has received from Jasmine, our exceptional swim teacher. From the first lesson at 7 months old, Jasmine has shown unwavering dedication and passion in helping my baby gain confidence in water. Her teaching style is gentle and nurturing, and she effortlessly connects with babies and children, making them feel comfortable and at ease. My little one eagerly looks forward to each lesson and enjoys splashing around. The only drawback is occasional noise from multiple lessons with older kids taking place in the pool. Overall, highly recommended."
