"Easily the best haunted house in the Houston area. Aside from the normal haunted house, add-ons include bar access, zombie shooters, and escape rooms. Not just for Halloween - special events make this a place to visit for Christmas, Valentines Day, and other special occasions throughout the year. While the general layout of the site may remain constant, the decor and actors update to reflect the current season. Lines can be long if you buy regular tickets, but adding on a FastPass or Skip the Line is only about $5-10 extra, definitely worth the upgrade."

"Went for the Krampus,and I'm so happy I did! Was awesome and very intense. I definitely recommend! I loved that it wasn't short like most Haunted houses. We saw someone grab a couple from our group and snatched them away into a different hideaway and told us to keep going lol"

"So we have been here a few times throughout the year and the Krampus Event was by far the best one. We definitely recommend to catch this event. They had all systems go this time around. Actors reset on time to catch the next group. The sensors for the effects on time. We attend all the events and this once deserved the review. Staff was awesome tonight. The actors did kick a$$. We were a group of 4 with fast pass and it was the best option. We did an add-on Santa’s Hideout was definitely worth it. Don’t forget to tip your bartender. Thanks 13th Floor for another great holiday outing. We will be back."

"The decor and attention to detail was awesome. The actors didn’t touch you, even if you were screaming your head off lol only thing I didn’t like was lack of air circulation - it was really hot inside and I was sweating 5 minutes into the walk. At the end of the line into the gift shop, you would’ve thought we were running a 5K. I really enjoyed the moving environments, like the tunnel bridge and the moving room. Even the floors were cool."
