"Made a special order. They charged me alot for this. They were supposed to match an existing floor. I sent samples and pictures. When the floor arrived a month late it was the wrong floor. It looked nothing like what I ordered. When Brandon finally returned my emails he told me to stain over the knots. There are hundreds of knots. The floor samples I sent were grade A white oak. This floor I was sent was not. They either used a different wood or the cheapest grade of oak. Not to mention the color weight was all wrong. I was charged top price for this floor. Now waiting over a week for them to make this right. So far they told me get someone to stain it. This is not making things right."
