"We had decided to replace our downstairs engineered wood flooring with wood-look tile. After some initial browsing at a few large retailers, we visited Petty Family Floors in Round Rock. Contrary to what you might expect, they had far more product samples in their showroom than the big stores and even have a bunch of different samples installed on their actual showroom floor, so you can get a sense of what products look like under your feet. We received personal attention from someone who actually knows flooring and who remembers talking to us each time we go in. It was also easy to borrow samples to take home. Once we selected a product, scheduling demo and install was smooth. Our installer was a craftsman whose dedication to doing excellent work was obvious to us. When it came time to install our new tile floors we were extremely impressed by the crew that worked in our home. They were polite, extremely punctual and very professional.
