"The staff are poorly picked,getting breaks all the time when there’s only one person working on the stuffing, and only one working computer to make the birth certificates, and once we went to pay the girl was rude as if she didn’t want to be there, that’s their job and if they’re going to give off negativity then this is not a great place to take your children, it’s supposed to be a fun experience. But I’ll give credits to the ONE lady doing the stuffing she was very kind and yes she took a while but she was nice and patient, but really they need more employees or they need more employees to actually do their jobs."

"A cute concept to make your teddy bear. I’m a 42-year-old gay uncle and my niece was looking to make something for her new bf. We have an amazing time! And the soccer bear she made was beyond cute. Thanks to the friendly staff for keeping the charm of teddy bears."

"Went in to get my son's birthday bear and they made the visit regrettable. Most of the staff was so rude and taking forever because they were too busy talking in a corner. But there was one specific worker that topped it off. She's Hispanic, short & with highlights. If you don't like your job please find another one. You can not work in a place for kid's with your attitude. Thank you to ONE of the workers who was super sweet who checked us out. She had a cast on her hand. But I will be sticking to Katy Mills mall from now on."
