After calling corporate it turned out to be a fake policy and the lazy guy at the front desk probably just didn’t want to pick my items. They wasted about an hour of my time after having to run to another store. Other stores will treat you better. They should be ashamed of themselves and if this was my store that guy would be reprimanded."
