"Isles are not marked to make it easier for self-service. Hard to find staff for assistance. A lot of products were missing on the shelves. Ended up going to Lowe's for what I needed to remodel my bathrooms."

Floor and decor products are inferior. There are many option for flooring products in other company. Avoid floor and decor if you want to save your investment."

"This place suck i mean it suck big time, i was send here from parmer lane location for some tile, as i wallked in a girl renne i think it was her name supper rud and really bad actitud i ask for the first tille she say we don't have it, so i ask for the second tille she says we don't have it, i ask were do they have it and she send me to braker ln location but befor i live the store i decide to look for the tille my sellf well gest what. Yes they have the two items j was looking for, she almost make me waist two hrs for no reason, i don't apreciate people like that and the bussines of a place like this. I like the parmer location way much better than this one people there are friendly and hellp full, bye."

"You don't notice this massive showroom on the access road of IH-35 until you need them! Lots of building choices for floors, walls, tile, kitchen selections, rock ledger for fireplaces, etc. Samples can be returned after purchase. Online account allows for saving projects and ideas as you go. Love it!"
