"My kid had a horrible experience at this place. The staff was completely disrespectful and rude to my wife. When I went up there to confront them, and ask how this can be rectified, the idiot at the front counter would not get the owner or manager. I told him several times I wanted to talk to an owner or manager not to you. And he kept on asking more questions. If I wanted to talk to him, I would, he is not the person who can make any difference to what happened to my child and my wife. I will have to take more drastic measures. Unfortunately when all of this kid had to do was get me the people that I wanted to talk to. Now we will have to talk through other channels."

"I don’t understand why would you like this place unless you haven’t been there recently. This place is super dirty! floors are sticky, there’s dust and garbage everywhere. The staff kept putting broken balls back in the pools… There was cold air coming straight down to the toddlers area and the rest of the place was super hot which make it feel even nastier. ($50 for two kids 90 minutes) I hope you stay away from this place and do something better with your money. Our kids deserve something better than this and we adults work hard for our money."

"When this place first opened it was gross and squeaky. But NOW?? This place is packed full of active places you can have fun. I especially love that they have a toddler zone."
