Action Gypsum Supply

"I am delivering a load here from Oklahoma. Unloading takes about 30 minutes per truck and they start at 6:30. Entrance is on the right side of the front of the building opposite side of their company trucks that carry material. I mentioned this because I got here last night and parked on the street and untarped, got ready and found out that the delivery section is on the other side of the building. There was five trucks already in line that arrived early that morning. I think the issue is that they are trying to unload trucks while at the same time loading trucks in the yard that are going to a job site. They are trying to multitask and it is taking nearly an hour to finish a truck. I got here at 6:30 and it is now 10 AM still have not been unloaded."

"All I can say is that Nash, the salesperson, helped me place my order. He was very patient and calm about the situation, so the next guy ( another salesperson) handled my situation very well. I can tell you that the service is excellent compared to the one in Houston ( Jennifer Paz), salesperson very rude woman. The location @ Little York I don't recommend going there for no help from the sales personnel."

"Man!! This new building is amazing !! The size and stock is so organized , we get in and out in no time. They have everything you need and then some.... All different sizes and specialty gypsum boards, ceilings, insulation and especially metal stud needs, light and heavy. They brought their awesome personable attention , from the previous cozy location, to the big time . From counter to warehouse, Admin to loaders, They got customers covered !"

"Store hours on the website and answering service say they open at 6:00am. They don't. I was there at 6am on the dot. Employees walked past me at 6:15 telling me they in fact open at 6:30. By 6:50 I had been knocking on the door and calling the store phone number for 20 minutes and still no one opened the door or made any sign of opening the store. I walked around back where the workers were unloading the trucks and they said they were supposed to be open at 6 but that the office workers "change their hours and don't tell anyone". Spending almost an hour waiting outside for a place to open is not the way to start the morning. Change your posted hours of business or OPEN ON TIME"
