"I went to PPG to get paint for my home, which was built in 2019. I wanted the same color paint, but with a different finish to repaint all the walls in my house. When I got to the store with my can of touch-up left by the builder, the employees working in the front couldn’t identify which color my builder had used. So, they offered to do a color match for me. It took 1 day for them to match and mix 5 gallons. They saved the formula in their system and linked it to my address, so I can reorder any time in the future - AND they loaded the paint into my car for me. :) I got the paint home and painted my dining area yesterday. And WOW. The color match is dead-on. Absolute perfection. The color is so exact that despite the eggshell finish of the new paint, you cannot see the line where the eggshell wall paint ends and the flat/matte ceiling paint begins! It is the best color match I’ve ever seen. Special thanks to Demian who helped me at the front desk! He made this seamless and easy for me. I’ll definitely use PPG in the future."

"I needed to get a second gallon of a speedhide in high lustre semi gloss and the RR store was out. I called CP location about two minutes before they closed, they had the base and Osman offered to transfer it to the location closer to me the next day. He even called me the next morning to confirm he sent it over. Great customer service!"

"I came to return two gallons of paint. Spoke with a gentleman. He said that my two gallons were not returnable because the labels were tinted. They were two perfect unopened gallons of exterior paint and he wouldn't take them back simply because the labels were tinted. I said it was fine that they could just keep the paints but he refused and said they can't take them. I was having trouble finding the correct paint for a home that should be registered in their system since the original painter came here to buy the paint. Not once did he access the computer to look for the paint. He offered little to no aid in giving reasonable solutions. I asked another employee while he was away if it was true that there was nothing that could be done about the unused paints. She said that it was up to him. This led me to believe that the gentleman that I initially spoke with is somehow the supervisor or manager of this place. If so, consider giving him some lessons on how to handle people, or better customer service."
