"I’ve heard the snobby remarks about builders after the employees hang up the phone, they seem really sweet and nice on the outside, very pleasant smiles and demeanor but they are extremely unprofessional in the office and handle customers very rudely when they need help. They treat employees like dirt. I don’t even think people get benefits. Megan needs to be fired she’s the most disgusting person in that office. Extremely mean for no reason, terrible training on new hires. The whole place is full of junk. They have a showroom but can’t show people anything because it’s a mess in there. They have no security for people and they’re private payment information. I wouldn’t spend a dime here if I were you. These people don’t care. Run."

"Though previous reviews talked about customer service. However my experience is: They asked me if I was a builder, when I said no, they informed me the showroom was closed. Ostensibly this is for builders only. This may be due to COVID, but then there should be a standard set of rules."
