The Home Depot

"Curbside delivery. Ordered at 8:00am on Monday. No word from them for two hours. Drove to store and waited another two hours after being informed it will be ready in 20 minutes. Materials were brought to my vehicle and the two employees walked away without a word leaving me tp load my purchases. I'm in my seventies and disabled. I saved 10 dollars in my order by shopping at your store over lowes but it wasn't worth it!"

"We have been to thus store 12 times since 10/10 this year. Great help in rentals, and lumber. NEVER a sole in tool area. Must be a zone to be avoided by staff. Paint department help is awful. They are great 'pointers' to what you're looking for. Questions answered only upon returning and pressed. Unfortunately, they all must ask the bearded gentleman for answers. He might know stuff, and maybe he's having a bad year. But his helpfulness is limited. He has also given us incorrect info. I am finding myself cringing a bit if needed to shop there. This is not the feeling I want to have."

"While seeming to be in every city you visit, it's still nice to have this store in town. I bought a home that needed a bit of refreshing and I'd say about 90% of the materials came from this store alone. I've even used their custom window ordering service and that was a pleasant experience. Customer service at HD can be hit or miss but I've never had bad experience, only average and generally pleasant experiences."

"I'm putting a one star just because I hope managers are decision-makers at Home Depot to see this. The guys that I have been working the online orders work pretty hard. The guy that's been there three years of Cameron's name. He's a hard-working employee does a good job. But the policies that you put in place the last couple weeks has made picking up online orders so difficult and so hard to do. It makes me not want to ever do it ever again. And I used to love this process because it was so it's simple and easy. And now it is nothing but difficult and time-consuming. I just spent over three hours trying to get my order picked up at this Home Depot. And it seems like everyone working. There is about ready to quit like today. You guys better figure it out because I don't want this to be a terrible experience like it has been the last two weeks. They can't use their forklift. It's only one truck at a time. Whoever made this decision is a terrible decision. You guys need to change these rules as soon as possible."

"Get your Grill On! Getting mine on with a great grill from Home Depot! I was in and out in under ten minutes, they even helped me load it. Nice price with a side searing section and cook top for 279.00. Time to get the meat and enjoy Spring Break cooking. They have a lot of grills in stock right now, but this is the best one for the price...only three left."
