"If you're a local home owner, this is your place for landscaping supplies. Get to know the people here, and they will treat you so well. They give me contractor pricing even though I'm not a contractor, as I've been completely re-do'ing my front and back yards. All the irrigation supplies I need, stone, etc. They are just so accommodating. Others should take note, as this is how customer service should be done. The lady up front is an absolute gem. And while I might not always know exactly what I need going there, they are so incredibly helpful in getting me to the best products to fit my needs. I hope that they can maintain this quality of service for years to come."

"*Edit* After receiving my complaint Daniel Stone responded with free delivery and 10% off my order. They arranged for a delivery driver to come in early Saturday to get the stone to me as quickly as possible. I feel that management took the situation seriously and responded with a reasonable fix given where things stood. I've updated my review from 1 to 4 stars. I visited your location off Hwy 290 just outside of Dripping Springs on Wednesday, 5/11. I tagged two pallets of Autumn Blend 4” flagstone for delivery on Thursday, 5/12. The stone was for masonry fence enclosure I’m building around my pool equipment. The crew was running low on material and needed the stone before Friday in order to continue the job uninterrupted. By 6pm Thursday I had received no delivery and no phone call. I called the office but they were closed and I was sent to voicemail. One of the workers had text me on Wednesday with a screenshot of pricing when I initially called in for a quote. I tried reaching out to him via text and received no response. Friday morning (today) I called as soon as the office opened at 7:30am. I was told the driver tried to call me before heading to my house on Thursday, but couldn’t get ahold of me so he didn’t come. Really guys? That’s the story you’re going to go with? This job is costing me $500 per day because I told the crew to come out and materials didn't show up. You think I missed the call? If I missed the call then why am I on your office voicemail the same day trying to figure out why nobody called or showed up? Why am I texting your workers on their personal cell phones trying to get help? Not to mention – the phone number you have for me is a cell phone. Pretty easy to prove whether a phone call came in or not folks. Happy to send you a screenshot of my call log. Heck I'll even get the records from my phone company so you know I didn't delete the missed call from my log. I'm quite committed when someone costs me money unnecessarily. You really screwed me over and then couldn’t take accountability for it. Pathetic."
