"By far the worse customer service in history. I hope they close this store down and every incompetent employee gets fired"
"Big selection very cleaned and well organized. But not an employee in site to offer help. They offer free air for your vehicle."
"We purchased a refrigerator & the delivery guys barely spoke English & were rude. They had a terrible attitude. They said there was a valve leak so they couldn't install it. We were told to fix the leak & they'd come back, same day. The leak was fixed so we called back & the number said they aren't working so we called the store. There, too, we were given the run around on the phone & was told they probably wouldn't come back out. So far all around, the experience has been negative. Not long ago, we purchased a stove & in less than a year, the oven stopped working. When we called about the warranty, no one can seem to find it or that we even purchased a stove. I will start taking my business elsewhere for big purchases."
"Lowe’s is typically my go-to home improvement store when compared against the other big name place; mostly because of the customer service as well as the availability of employees to help one out when needing to find things. Yet as a previous post made mention customers here (Woodforest location)are treated as an inconvenience. Last week I visited this location with the goal of purchasing $300 worth of R30 unfaced insulation. I loaded up in my flat cart and proceeded to contractor checkout. The cashier began to ring up the insulation which was ringing up incorrectly against the price on the shelf. I made mention it was incorrect and because she was alone she said she wouldn’t be able to verify this. No problem I said as I volunteered to take some pictures for her. (Big mistake)…I took 3 picture from a distance as well as close ups. Took them back to the cashier showed her and she made mention she had to call her manager for any differences. Manager a Hispanic female 5’3 (didn’t catch her name so using the only descriptor I can think of) came and said that my pictures were not good enough and that I had to go and take some more if she wanted me to honor any price difference. I tried to apply logic and made mention that she just passed up the aisle and she could have got her own pictures exactly how she wanted them to turn out. With an attitude and not letting finish my sentences she said her employees often stock items incorrectly and if she went to take her own photos she wouldn’t honor any price difference. I said I don’t need any honoring I just want to check out and pay for my products based on the price I saw at the shelf where I got my products further more I also don’t want to be doing someone else’s job running back and forth taking picture and so on, fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me…Manager reiterated to “go take your own pictures”, I said no and don’t you have other employees who can do that if you’re not wanting to? Manager said no they are all busy and if I wanted to I could go and find one and tell them to take a picture. I told the manager that I was not their boss and I had no authority to ask another employee to do a task. Needless to say the poor customer service from the leader of the organization is a great indicator about what to expect when you go visit this store. Retraining is needed at various levels. Took my $300 elsewhere."
"Lowe’s didn’t have everything for my project when building our fence prices were almost the same as Home Depot"
