"Grab a Snickers because even if you call in your order days before, it will still take at least an hour for them to load it on your trailer. Whitecap moves at a glacial pace. As you walk in, you are greeted by the sales staff 5-10 minutes after you been standing in front of the counter. The staff works with a computer software that requires them to blankly stare at the computer screen and randomly announce to everyone, "I don't why its running so slow today." Once they finally find your order, its kicked over to the warehouse, no longer their concern. This is where the inefficiency really shines! A mouth breathing forklift operator with no sense of urgency loads up the the trailer without supervison or any concern to the welfare of your truck or trailer. I truly hate this place. I keep begging my boss to switch suppliers. i fear the only way that will happen is if he experiences this customer service for himself."
