"Joe and his team did an amazing job adding a roof over our patio, and later screening it in. More important, we had 2 feet of water in our home from Hurricane Harvey and Five Star did the cleanout, remediation and rebuild. We had FEMA insurance and Joe worked with our adjuster to get the maximum claim amount. The insurance proceeds were partly for items Joe did not handle and there was no issue with separating these items. Joe followed FEMA requirements for cleaning and remediating to ensure the integrity of the structure and provided me with documentation which was used when selling the home. The quality of work was excellent, and Joe was very flexible when scope changes arose. I am now in a new home and plan to have Joe involved in some projects at this house. I would recommend Five Star to anyone who desires to do renovations/upgrades on their home."
