"Horrid customer service...we went in looking for a part (which we had pulled up on a phone) and went to a worker and asked if they knew where it could be and they said "I don't know maybe this section or that one" then proceeded to walk off and didn't even bother to try and help look it up or anything....IT WASN'T IN EITHER SECTION...walked around and found it ourselves and decided to just leave and go somewhere else to make our purchase...."
