"Walked in 1 1/2 hours before closing to grab a few balloons. Went to pay and the girl asked when I wanted them. I said if I could have them blown up for tonight. She said we're NOT doing anymore balloon orders for tonight! Seriously? 1 1/2 hours before closing and you can't air up 3 measly balloons... Prob would take less then a min. I understand if it was a ton of balloons but it wasn't. Thanks for the great customer service and going above and beyond."

"Today, August 13th, at 1:11 p.m., I went to Party City. There was only one customer in line when I arrived. There was a one-hour wait, according to the lady who was there. She was on the management team because she told other employees to go to lunch. Because of the long wait time that they gave me for no reason. I left and called the store again; I believe the lady who answered the phone said her name was Gracie. Then I inquired as to what she had said. She hung up the phone without saying anything. Poor management service, even if she was telling the truth about the hour wait, reminds me of the phrase "it's not what you say, it's how you say it." Her demeanor was rude, and she said it as if she was "Just to let you know you will be waiting an hour." Party City, you should hire people who care about your company, not just make a buck. Because it is obvious if they are only there to pay their rent. The standard is poor. The service is poor. They should conduct themselves as if the company is theirs. The time and date I mentioned should help. Party City in order to correct the situation, I hope you will be able to speak with your employee about it."
