"I use Motel 6 Joshua frequently for our business. I will never book this hotel again. The front desk staff person that I dealt with regarding the deposit for the room was rude and disrespectful. Her customer service was pathetic. She should learn how to talk to customers and try to work with a business booking rooms with crews who don't have means to pay the deposit. The room was paid in full prior to my employee arriving."

"Absolutely disgusting, they remodeled the outside and the lobby but when you get to room there are stains on everything and I did not stay any longer to find bugs that I’m pretty positive I would have. Immediately asked for refund and they refused saying once I entered the room it was too late and they could not rebook the room."
