"This clinic is unprofessional. Being in there was a constant rush, questions rarely ever got answered and sometimes they'd have to run back to the vet in regards to the medication that they should be knowledgeable on after being in charge of my pets. The front receptionist lady is rude, has attempted to brush off things when speaking concerns for my pets, and they didn't notate anything I told them over the phone, so every single time I was repeating information they already received multiple times. The communication in general with this clinic is poor, and I would suggest going to another clinic instead. I have been to several clinics and haven't dealt with the communication issues like this one. The doctors are very knowledgeable, if a little abrasive - but they're Healthcare professionals I would trust my pets to."

"We have given this place over 3 months and so disappointed. At first they seemed liked they cared that's why I spent 800 dollars on the first visit. Then they want us to come in every 2 weeks and my dog is on 3 medications. We love him and want him better but this isn't working and the front office guys are not very nice! Our pup is somewhat better but somethings still not working so on to the next vet. Hopefully we can find one that can help and not cost us a fortune!"

"It's a quaint little vet. The veterinarian knew what she was talking about. She was pretty abrasive but I would rather any Healthcare professional be straightforward instead of cuddly feel goody. The reason for 3 stars is I felt rushed and like I was just a paycheck to this vet. I switched vets to the PARC in fort worth and felt welcomed, and when something went wrong with my dog. I was walked through everything specifically and talked about all the options and the pros and cons and felt like they cared more about my dog and actually solving the issue rather than throwing the most expensive thing at it."

"I've had my dog Luna for over a year now and we have been seeing Dr Stewart and Dr Jobe since. I recently moved further away and kept intending to find a new vet closer to home, but I don't know if I could ever trust anyone else like I trust them. They are worth the bit of a drive for me. Luna was acting sick a few weeks ago, blood work showed infection, got antibiotics then acted like herself again. Two weeks later she started acting lethargic again. Dr Stewart found time to work her in, even let me drop her off for most of the day as i work night shift and needed to sleep. She found out Luna had pyometra (despite being so young and only having had one heat cycle in her life) and got her into surgery the next day. Dr Stewart even came in on her day off to make sure Luna was taken care of. Im forever grateful for Dr Stewart, Dr Jobe, and all the staff for saving my fur baby's life."
