"This place has gone down hill so bad. I’ve been their almost 6 yrs and ty God I just got out of their. Their no one their that will pick up the ph. They see who’s calling and don’t answer. Britney the young manager is not friendly at all. Their are some nice people their ..They go up on your rent every year,Marcus is very nice he is the maintenance man, beware of moving in their they act like they care but no compassion for older people, so many rules for some people and the others get written up. They should make Marcus the manager, he does care..their is a care team their I guess they organize parties don’t know what else they do. They aren’t friendly either never meet them either. Aron come back and manage you were kind and had a heart. Ty"

"It was a long 7 month wait for the place to be built and me to get that phone call that my apartment was ready but it was well worth the wait ! I can not say enough for the entire staff during that time answering my emails and returning calls , they handled everything very professional and that has not changed since I moved in almost 3 months ago. The apartments themselves are Awesome, well finished, roomy , walk in showers, elevators and parking spots are wide and the optional garages are great. The pool is great with a ramp for a disabled person like myself. The kitchens are HUGE and the property is landscaped beautifully. A great place to meet people with planned activities everyday. I moved from North Dallas and find this area a very refreshing change from the rat race there. This place financially and mentally is a God send and more than I had hoped it would be !"
