"Aqua tots has great coaches, coach megan has been amazing with our girls and it’s incredible to see how much they have grow . They have a great office staff and it has been a great experience over the last year and a half❤️"
"Sarai loves Coach Mia! She is very knowledgeable and gives specific guidance on how our daughter can improve. Coach Mia is fun, patient, and encouraging. Our daughter looks forward to swim class. Coach Mia is really great with her students!"
"TLDR: - never ending cycle of young inexperienced teachers often with tendencies towards negative feedback for CHILDREN - unresponsive management only concerned about getting their extra 30 days payment rather than solving the problems This business is unresponsive to concerns regarding its young and inexperienced teachers. Our daughter had maybe 10-15 teachers in a two year period. They're mostly fine but it's impossible to feel established with that turnover. The final nail in the coffin was the last teacher who was consistently late to start and early to finish. She spent her time with our 3 YEAR OLD daughter lecturing her about behavior rather than teaching. She never progressed the class far enough to get to the skills our daughter needed to advance to the next level and as a result we were stuck with a cycle of new, less experienced classmates that took the already shortened class time. With only one skill remaining to advance to the next level and we hoped the management would guide the young inexperienced overly negative teacher to test the last remaining skill so we could advance and continue our journey. Unfortunately, after weeks of communicating our concerns, nothing was done. In the end I told them I would be happy to stay if they simply moved us to the next level since the teacher obviously wasn't going to be able to complete a class. They were not interested in helping and instead only reiterated their policy that I would be required to pay an additional $130 for 4 more classes that they knew I would never subject my child to. It didn't matter that I had 14 make-ups available on my profile due to the fact that we never missed a class in 2 years. So disappointing. We worked very hard to attend classes and we practiced the skills at home. I recommend trying YMCA for learning to swim. A chain with absentee management and inexperienced teachers will certainly be a bad environment for any child."
"Our current coach is pushing our daughter to be a good swimmer and she has a lot of patience with children in her class. She and our past 3 coaches have been great. And everyone at Aqua tots is really nice."
"I cannot say enough great things about this place! My son started swim lessons here when he turned 1. He went twice a week for 3.5 months and what a difference it made! He can hold his breath for about 7 seconds, learned to kick and monkey climb on the side of the pool. He also learned pool safety and learned to wait until an adult was in the water before he came in. Overall, he became much more confident in the water. We stopped lessons because we moved to Aledo. Enrolled my son in a new swim place closer to home and he is very advanced in his new swim class within the same age group as Aqua Tots. The entire staff is so nice and wonderful. Getting used to our new swim place but we sure do miss Aqua Tots!"
