"My experience was the same as some others here. I can only assume that unless you are planning on spending huge dollars with them, they don't seem to want your business. I needed counter tops for my kitchen and was only a $3200 quote so I guess it was not worth their time. The sales lady was helpful the two times I came in to pick out what I wanted and they have a great selection but would never follow up so I gave up and went to Natural Stone on Camp Bowie and had my new counter tops installed in less than a week. I'll be redoing my bathrooms soon and you know where I'll go. I would give a one star if it was not the fact that they have a large selection and if you can get any service from them, they probably do good work. I just think they need to go wholesale only and not try to cater to the general public as it was a waste of my valuable time."

"I've used them twice thus far for custom countertops and tile work in my homes. The materials are very high quality but it is a very disorganized organization who you always seem to have to follow up with. I think they cater to the big contractors which makes sense but isn't a great experience for the normal homeowner wanting to do upgrades. Cost is reasonable and a good selection of slabs to choose from. Very poor sales support and updates"
