"I stopped in for a new battery. Sales associate went over all the options for my car and helped me choose a good battery. I didn’t realize she would help install the battery as well! Very pleased and will be back to this location."
"Went in on 2/19 because I was having battery issues and I wanted to get a portable battery so this was one of those 2 birds with 1 stone type of deals. Attached the portable to the battery but there was a lot of looseness so the battery was still problematic and the new portable battery didn't work. So I go back in to see about my battery and get a refund on the portable one, and they took care of it without making it into a headache. Great customer service, looked me in the eye and I felt respected. You head to some of those auto shops in Downtown Roanoke I can tell you from experience they don't make certain people feel as welcome. Thank you for a very positive experience. This will be my main stop for all my auto needs! Shout out to Bobbie and Sam! Couldn't get the female workers name but she has always been awesome when I have bought from her before!"
"I came in today for a battery replacement, I was helped and greeted right away by Paula, the store manager. After installing my battery, we came to realize that my key fob was still in the car and now my key was locked inside because once the battery is changed, everything disconnects. Good to keep in mind for future reference, Paula went above and beyond to drive and get a car kit And have one of her mechanics come out to unlock my car for me, so I did not have to pay for a locksmith. Appreciate her acknowledging. It was a crappy situation and trying her hardest to get me out of it. Not only shows what kind of manager she is but also the kind of character She is as a person. Thank You so much again"
"Paula made my experience very pleasant. She was able to pull up my warranty for my battery & change it swiftly. Get a warranty on your batteries , so if it potentially goes bad, you can get it replaced with no charge. She was knowledgeable & had all the right tools to get the job done. Paula went above & beyond to make my experience personable. She was by herself today. Whilst juggling phone calls & checking customers out. Her customer service was extraordinary. This has to be the best experience I’ve had at AutoZone. Thank you Paula."
