"I totally agree with the previous post. I wish I had seen this before. I had my daughters ears pierced here and one of them will have to be redone. They pierced one very crooked."

"Friendly staff, but don't get your cartilage pierced there. My piercing was done extremely crooked there 3 years ago. It healed well so I don't want to get another one, but the back came out extremely crooked. It causes discomfort as the earring pokes at my head when I sleep. It's irritable sometimes when it gets touched and more prone to infection. My friend who isn't even a professional of any sort pierced a different spot in my cartilage with a gun better than these people. Professional piercers took one look at my piercing and told me that I should've come to instead. Icing employees are not trained well enough or good at piercing. Go to a tattoo shop instead where they're actually trained and qualified to do this."
