"Made a purchase here, and the lady at the front desk was extremely rude and discriminatory. She wouldn’t accept a refund of a purchase that was made within minutes, and even told us that “She doesn’t own the company”, as saying she doesn’t make the policies."

"Scam! They don’t disclaim that earrings are non returnable even if unused, unopened and bought the same day. The people are rude specially this woman in the counter. and the earrings for piercings are only the selected few that come in one section, although the free piercings are advertised through the store. Will never come here again."

"Very expensive jewelry that looks just like what they sell at Walmart. Overpriced costume jewelry, thats what it is. I haven't even taken my earrings of the holder yet, and when I go to wear them, I see that it's already no good. I can't even wear them, and the photos will show for themselves. The part where the earring that is supposed to keep my earrings from falling off doesn't even connect. So disappointing, I have cheaper jewelry that is better and lasts me longer then this."

"When you go in, there is sale signs above items that are not on sale. They do not let you know that the items have to have a little sticker on them for them to be sale price. They also don’t tell you at the register that only rings, bracelets, and necklaces are refundable due to hygiene reasons. When we went in and made our purchase we did not realize we had bought full price items. So we went back in the same day to ask for a refund. They told us only a manager could do it and the GENERAL MANAGER promised us over the phone that we would receive a refund for our items due to the misunderstanding. Then we came in today on Sunday and was told that we could not return it due to the same reason I mentioned above. Which WE WERE NEVER TOLD BEFORE HAND. Awful customer service, please never shop here!!!"
