"On September 4 at about 10:30am worst experience ever. i’m from out of town and stop by this family dollar location to grab a few items. When I entered The store a young lady behind the counter yell loudly for me to leave my backpack at The counter That I had on my back with all my personal items in it .She proceeded to say as she profiled me that I would not be coming in the store and stealing today While she had other customers in line. I told her that I didn’t feel comfortable leaving my backpack at the counter and I just wanted to grab one thing when I grab the item that I need it she called the police on me and refused to give me any service.i left the item that i wanted to purchase on the counter and proceeded to leave.once I was outside the police met me at the door And proceeded to question me like I was a thief in front of all the other customers I have never feel so embarrassed in my life. Just know if you ever stop in this location and you’re From out of town don’t wear a backpack or you take the risk of being thrown in jail or profile as a thief. Way to go family Dollar thank you for all your excellent service in excellent employees. VERY DISGUSTING I’ll never spend a dime of MY FAMILIES MONEY AT FAMILY DOLLOR EVER AGAIN."
