"I went to this store in order to purchase a particular pair of shoes. During the checkout process I asked (Jordan F.) if they offered a military discount. She replied “yes” and asked for my military ID. I presented her with my CAC card, she took it and looked it over, then refused to give me my military discount, she believed my service couldn’t be verified…. My eight years of honorable service begs to differ. This location is not military friendly. I encourage all former and active military members to take your business elsewhere."

"Employees standing behind the counter didn't want to help. I asked multiple times for help and they just stood there talking to one another. To bad I usually tip when shopping for shoes because i know it's aggravating running back and forth multiple time for shoes. So I had to walk backwards and forth to the conter to get shoe size. Definitely won't be back to this location."

"I cannot believe this place. I walk in and shoe boxes and shoes were everywhere. The store has so many missing spots and I can hardly see what I want. I was never greeted due to the fact that the floor associates were in their phones. I go to ask for a shoe and they come out with the wrong shoe AND the wrong size. I tell them it’s wrong and they come back with the same wrong shoe just in a different size. I tell them that it’s not the shoe I asked for and they proceeded to get loud with me. When they finally found the shoe after 30 minutes I proceeded to pay and I hear them saying stuff under their breath about me. The store manager is right there watching me the entire time. I handed them the shoe and proceeded to get as far away from the establishment as possible. No one in the store treats it like a real workplace."
