"This store is an esthetic disaster! Totally in disarray and disorganized. The worst Burlington location I've ever shopped in honestly... and unfortunately, the icing on the cake was the cashier up front today - the absolute rudest most miserable retail person I've ever had the displeasure of meeting. I won't shop in this store ever again!"
"I like shopping at Burlington, but my last 2 visits have very disappointing. I've literally had to leave the store before I could purchase my merchandise do to long check out lines. I know that situations arise at times, but to have like 30, 40+ persons waiting to check out and only 2 checkers can be grueling on folks like me with disability/medical problems, nerve wrecking to others that maybe on a tight schedule and others who have to deal with their tired/unruly children especially this time of year. Please schedule more checkers."
"It always looks like the store is not well stocked, disorganized and/or cleaned. Besides that, there is always something to find for the house. I rarely have luck with clothes for me, but for my kids and husband (specially my husband) I have found some treasures. One think I like is that the cashiers are always on point and with the very long lines they have having all the cash registers open is a must."

"I got lucky with a great ugly Christmas sweater with an attached Santa Claus hat/hood. I also found two Santa-themed short sleeve shirts for the inevitable warm days before Christmas. The rest of the stock was low, though. There is plenty of free parking right in front of the store. The store was not crowded, either, and about half of the shoppers wore masks."
