"While the store itself and the selection of merchandise is amazing, we were not treated like valued customers. Upon walking into the store, my husband said a loud and friendly, "Good afternoon!" to the woman at the sales counter. No response. A few minutes later, he excitedly spotted a piece of art on top of a display cabinet and asked the woman what the price of the piece was, mentioning the artist by name. The woman's response was, "I don't know. I would have to climb up there to find out" in a very disinterested monotone. She obviously didn't give a rat's @ss whether we bought anything or not...and we did not."
