"Went to Catos today with my 5 year old to look for new clothes because I’m pregnant and growing out of clothes. I had 2 different associates come up to me 3 times within the less than 5 mins I was there asking me if I need help when I already said no twice!!! That is annoying and feels really unwelcoming. After that last time I put my clothes back and Walked straight out! Another store got my business. Will never go back ever! Train you employees on not harassing customers. One time is fine, if I need help I know how to open my mouth!"
"My rating is due to approving my check. It took at least 15-20 minutes just to approve $25.43! I presented my drivers license and still took too long. The clerk was very nice and friendly is what kept me from walking out without purchasing. I was there approximately 7:45 pm 3/5/20"
