"ZERO STARS!!! UNPROFESSIONAL!! Go to Clare's or Icing for piercings. First off, I chose a pair of earrings so that I could get my ears pierced and they charged me $41.14. Then they said I had to buy the $3 solution or else they wouldn't pierce my ears. So I spent close to $45 in total. I sit down to get my ears pierced and they put in the wrong earrings. I had not noticed until I paid and left to buy a soda at Mc Donalds. I went back and told them that they gave me the wrong earrings. So they proceeded to pull them out. I started to bleed profusely from my left ear. The associate started speaking Spanish to the other girl telling her she can't stop the bleeding. After using ten wipes, she got the gun and pierced my ears with the correct earrings. She was having trouble again piercing my left ear. She told me that I could return tomorrow after giving my ear some time to heal. They denied a refund. They said their hands were tied. Not apologizing for the trauma or their mistake. They said if I wanted a refund I would have to take the earrings off again and return them to get a refund. Overall, It was a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE, NOT EVEN MY ENEMIES IF I HAD ANY!!!!"
"So I ran into Gloria who works here at a social hangout spot in town. She recommended the store to me. I decided to stop in one afternoon for a purchase. Gloria was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products in the store. I ended up buying more than I wanted to but she was a great sales person! 10/10 recommend this place!"
