"Great service and repair time! I took my car in after a car accident. The estimated time to complete got extended by 2.5 weeks due to new findings during repair and they had to order parts. Rental was not covered by my insurance unfortunately so I brought up my concern with my ride over the phone. They said they will try to expedite and they did complete the repair 4 days sooner than the promised day! The repair was done perfectly and I couldn't be happier with their service. Having a car accident is already stressful but they definitely made a repair part easier for me."

"This is an updated review: I brought my car in about a year ago, maybe a little under a year. Someone had thrown something in the road, my husband ran it over immediately after it was thrown, and damage was done to my car. They replaced a few parts, including putting in a refurbished ac compressor. I was impressed that they were able to get so much done, so quickly. My oil pan had a hole in it and they got all of it replaced and fixed up. When I left the first time everything ran great. Within a few days my AC started to cut out. I brought it back a few times and kept getting blown off, which made me pretty upset. They kept saying nothing was wrong even though I told them it was blowing hot air intermittently. Winter came and I didn't have to use the AC so I put it on the back burner. Summer came again and I had the same hot air blowing so I took it to pep boys. They narrowed the issue down and sent me to the dealership. The dealership found that my AC compressor was bad. After I brought it back and explained the initial issue, coming back a few times, giving up, then dealing with this again, and the dealership diagnosing it Howard and his team checked it out too and verified the part really was bad. They ordered another refurbished one and put it in, along with a control board since that was also messed up. Unfortunately the second compressor was also messed up. Howard called back again and had them bring another one that day. He got the part installed and charged my AC all by the end of the day. I finally had AC again after a year of none and a month straight of having my car in and out of shops. I'm not pleased with how our interactions started but I'm very grateful that Howard took on this project, got everything fixed, and was able to get it approved (properly, since it was from the initial damage and under warranty) through my insurance. My AC has only turned hot twice in the last week. Its far better than it was. I would give 5 stars except for our initial interaction because I kept being blown off and treated like I didn't know how my car works."
