"I was leaving Texas the next morning, and that night my daughter’s car battery died. I went to the Autozone up the street first and they gave me the wrong battery. Went to O’Reilly’s in hopes of finding someone who knew what they were doing. They got me the correct battery that I needed, and they even stayed open a little later to get me all squared away. Was able to get my daughter’s car fixed before I left town."

"Ok store, I thought the Inverter I just bought was missing a part. It wasn't missing anything, but employees refused to test it. It was clearly not working properly and he blamed it on my battery. He was not interested in checking it at all!I was referred to a different store. Hopefully they will help me out. Or I might just go to a different place entirely. Its on Red not on Green. I wasn't sure what I needed but he made things very simple and clear. This is a great location with a great staff. They have a great selection of electrical connectors if you need to request something in your car. I was expecting to have to go somewhere else but was pleasantly surprised by their options."
