"The shop’s owner Carlos Denilso Lopez Santos (Calito Santo) charged me $700 and something for brake work and tune up. When my wife and I went to pick up vehicle my wife had $1000 in the envelope and she said just give him that because he’s your friend and takes payments when You don’t have the money to pay for mechanical work. I called him and told him the brakes still feel spongy . He said he would look at it the following week. He hasn’t responded. I asked for a list of parts he changed out since he gave me no receipt and only accepts cash due to him not paying taxes.I’m not even asking for warranty on the work he did . I just want to know what was changed out and what should have a warranty at autozone but he hasn’t responded. If you go to this shop make sure you ask for a receipt. I have been waiting for over a year. This is not how someone should treat a customer / friend"

"Do not come here I came here to get my car fixed Richard told me he was gonna change my radiator flush my coolant change my temperature sensor and refill the liquids when I got my car back it was in worst condition then before when I drove it home the car started overheating crazy I took it back immediately his answer was I need to get a head gasket replaced he wanted 1600 dollars and this was after I already paid him over 600 dollars for the above listed items I tried to get my money back was unable too there wasn’t any receipt and I tried to pay with debit he only accepts cash which was weird when I went to the place in person they said he was in the hospital but he wasn’t I saw him in the back this place is horrible I would give them 0 stars"
