"I was in San Antonio for the season, and was preparing to depart soon. My vehicle sustained some minor damage in a car wash, so I began looking for a body shop. I called over to Red McCombs Superior Body Shop, and spoke with Margaret to explain the time-sensitive nature of my situation. Manager Greg said come on by, we'll have a look and fit you in. The part was in stock, and repairs were completed the next day. These good folks are friendly, down-to-earth & good at what they do! Thank you!"

"My car is a Rare 2009 Shelby 2009 GT 500 KR. Build number 479 out of 712 built. My car was damaged during a bad wind storm when the structure that my car was parked under was ripped apart and dragged across the car. It scratched the paint and damaged the stripping which had to be replaced. Shelby Automotive didn't have any stripping and they were no longer available. So the shop had to purchase a similar replacement stripping kit. The Body shop representative Greg, called me and said the car was ready. When i went to pick up the car there were bubbles on the stripping. Gregg said he would order more strips and call me when ready. About three weeks later I picked up the car. I did a quick check for bubbles where I saw them before and they were gone so I took the car. I sold the car to my sister and she took it home to Tyler tx. She took the car to be detailed and this is what they found the pictures show the problems. UNBELIVABLE! look at the lack of quality. The pictures speak for themselves. Overspray in the hood scoop grill, the strips weren't' cut properly on the front of the roof, they didn't remove and replace the strips on the front bumper they just laid new strips on TOP of the old ones!! I showed the pics to the Manager Chuck Shaw and he wasn't aware of the issue and admitted to me this was unacceptable. Instead of driving the car back to San Antonio from Tyler tx and going through the problem of fixing it again he they gave me a check for $1,500.00 to have my sister restripe the car in Tyler. I couldn't believe the lack of quality. I also blame myself for not inspecting the car closer before i accepted it the second time. Beware of the Quality of their repairs!!"
