So when I decided it was time to trade my 2021 truck for a 2024 Sierra Denali there was no question whatsoever that I would only use James Wood for this purchase because I won't deal with any salesman other than Clay Estes. "ABSOLUTELY THE WORST DEALER IN TEXAS!! Save your time, money, and what’s left of your faith in humanity. Take my story. I am a young entrepreneur who had worked every day for years to come to this moment. Buying a brand new, my first brand new truck. A 2024 GMC 2500hd with all the packages and whistles. I test drive the truck and make the deal. 6 days later I come back to take official delivery and in that time span my beautiful truck was hit or had hit something while on the lot. I didn’t notice while picking it up for final delivery until I got home. I had immediately taken pictures and sent the to the dealership. The very next day I drive back out and the managers played good cop bad cop. Firstly Rusty butters me up with the “oh yes I’m so sorry we will get you taken care of” I wait and the upper manager comes out and straight up says “no I don’t believe you at all” from that moment on it was a lost cause. A 90k truck bought with 43 miles has significant damage. The dealer wouldn’t look at cameras wouldn’t disclose any cameras. They were not cooperative with any of my attempts to prove that damage didn’t happen on the Highway drive home. This dealer refused to show any footage because they knew, the KNEW this was there before. My truck was almost purposely backed in so I saw the drivers side first. During the walk around I was shown the bed cover and how beautiful the truck was. This got my eyes up and away from the bumper. I am extremely disappointed, frustrated and have met with a lawyer. If anyone is looking to buy a vehicle be prepared to also look for a good attorney as they will screw you over to the max!! This dealer is full of the scum of this earth and the parasites that worm around on it. Overall, save your time, money, stress, and sanity by shopping anywhere but at this place. I had no clue I had to inspect a 2024 with 40 miles like a Facebook marketplace used truck!"
