"I do not recommend getting any work done here. You might save a few dollars, but it’ll cost more in the long run. During my last oil change, the solenoid next to the dip stick was broken and they kept quiet about it. Our van immediately developed an oil leak so we brought it back for them to check. They said they didn’t do a good job cleaning it up, but that they finished this time and it should be fine. It wasn’t. The van continued to leak, but even worse we began to have electrical problems and the engine light came up to “check emissions”. We took it to Decatur Tire (definitely recommend). The first thing they asked was if I had an oil change recently. We did actually! And explained what had happened and that it was important for the timing, which is why we experienced the check engine issues, a feeling like the van was in the wrong gear or “dragged”. I went right over to Walmart after, showed them the broken piece & the invoice and received push back every step of the way. I didn’t follow policy because they had to inspect it first and send it to their mechanic. #1 I did bring it back and they said it was fine. #2 When the van shut down during school pick up with my kids in tow, who would have thought to call Walmart? It’s a policy no one knows and would never guess. After taking with the auto manager and the store manager, they said all they would do is file a claim which they already knew would be denied. Another customer had been waiting in line as well and left because he didn’t want to do business with them after the way they talked to me. I have no issue if someone makes a mistake and takes accountability. They 100% did not. After waiting for 2 hours on the phone, the claim was in fact denied because I couldn’t prove it. The $5-10 I might have saved per oil change instead of going elsewhere would take years to add up to what this damage they caused cost me. Lesson learned. Save yourself the experience."

"Can't remember the girls name that did the battery install on my pickup. Cute little girl with purple hair. But she did a great job and very friendly with a great attitude."

"The people here are nice, but they would not give me an "out the door" price for my tires, and it took a long time for the tires to come in, although they had said they were only coming from Fort Worth. Once they tires were installed, the final cost dwarfed the quote, due to all the high service charges and extras they tacked on, and was more than I would be spend at the local tire store, and far more than I have ever spent before on tires for that car. That would be somewhat understandable, given inflation, except the service fees were exorbitant and the tires were mediocre, off brand tires. I checked with friends, and they had similar experiences. I was not happy about it, and should have gone to my local tire store."

"These guys have always been good to me. Fast, efficient, great customer service, and no hassle. If you're just going for an oil change, hit it first thing in the morning and you can be in and out in 20 minutes. There's also a lot of awesome complimentary services included like tire pressure and windshield cleaning."

"Blowing out your tire on a 28 hour road trip is stressful but the staff at this Walmart Auto center were so incredibly kind and efficient. I had seen the reviews before we were towed there this morning (Sunday) and was worried this incident would be made worse by terrible service but I was proven wrong. The folks there were nice, knowledgeable, and made sure we were safely back on the road in no time. Thank you!"
