"If you are in the market for a vehicle I would stay away from Karl Klements in Decatur Texas. They have no customer care, They will find a way not to fix your vehicles problem. They basically tell you tuff luck it is your problem now you signed the dotted line. Truck was dead multiple days in a row yet they find no issue and refuse to swap the batteries because they show to test good. one day entire dash cluster stopped working yet they find no issue, wouldn't take the truck back after it had issues on day 2, I offered to swap them for a more expensive longhorn edition if they would take the truck back they refused. Save yourself a headache and shop outside of wise county for Ford and dodge. I tried to talk to management and basically got the cold shoulder and when I told him this would lead to a bad review he told me conversation was over if I didn't know how to be cordial. My response was I am not being treated cordial but I am supposed to act cordial and give you a good review so you can rip off another person. The truck I purchased was a demo the GM drove, I believe they knew the truck had issues because they rushed the financial aspect of this deal and the loan was supposedly funded over night on Saturday night around 8 pm and by 8 am Monday they said the deal was allready funded and they could not take the truck back. Two days later tags were over nighted to my house. There should be a 3 day rescission period before the loan is funded so the buyer can recind the loan if there is issues. In this case karl klements rushed the funding because I believe they knew the truck had problems. The only good experience I had was with the salesman, finance guy and Monty the service adviser. The management team is horrible. John Fletcher had total disregard that I was even addressing the situation, the general manager completely ignored my email. The purchase procedure I had zero issues. Once the truck had problems is where my issues began. 100% will never do buisness at a Karl Klements dealership again. Only reason there getting 1 star is it don't allow zero."

"Take my truck for a recall was quick in fast 30 minutes was ready, when back 2 days later let him know was shifting to quick he tell me a had to live it in line for a list 5 days to check it out, i don't think is acceptable."
