"Called in asking for a store manager spoke to Burt. His response was he's not here. At 11am on Friday. I asked when he'd be back. He said in an hour. I asked the name he then hung up. I called back and asked for the name. Then he answer was I ain't giving out sensitive information. I didn't know a shops managers name was a top secret. Like you have a kill order for knowing it. The after a few call backs I got the owners wife who then just put me on hold for 20 minutes. As it suggest I own a bodyshop and was trying to buy paint. This makes the 4th time I've tried over the year. And met almost the same way...leave this place alone they don't want to sell anything So in response to your lies from you. The initial call I asked Burt what the managers name was. It was at that time Burt your great customer counter guy promptly hung up. I immediately called back to ask why he hung up. He then wanted to tell me he ain't giving out personal information. And promptly hung up again."
