"Completely dissatisfied with this company. I was told it would take approximately 3 weeks for them to receive my glass. It's taken from September 28th and today is December 6th. So it has been over 60 days and my window is still not installed. They just showed up to install, will update once completed. So window is installed now, not sure if it is over the top service, the guys that showed up to my house seemed very competent though and even cleaned the area to help me out a little when they were done. I am sure that the owner finally spoke to me though after the original review to explain to me that my additional delay was not their fault and that the quote I'd received wasn't correct so he isn't making any profit on this window. So take that information for what it's worth. Calling the business doesn't actually do anything for you, they are clueless in the front. Every time I called I had to give my name, address, and phone number. Like I would think once I've given money that I'd be in a system or something but they had no information on me at all. Each time they sounded confused."
