"Very rude older gentlemen and incompetent. He tries to explain things in a over the top formal manner, which comes off as rude and does not answer your questions straight up. Horrible customer service. They charged me for trouble shooting with my car around $200.00 plus the service; another $250.00 and said they had to stop working on it because they were going on holiday and needed to be further diagnose the car after they came back. I called a couple of days after they came back and didn't want to take my car back in, and wasn't sure what was the problem with it."

"Called to ask if they would work on my son’s 85 BMW the owner stated he would not since someone else has already worked on the vehicle . It’s an 85 model of course other shops and previous owners have worked on it including myself. Do not bring your used vehicle here for repairs as they only want to work on vehicles that have never been worked on. Know wonder the shop always has the same 3 cars outside."
