"Beware of this Autozone's mechanic recommendations. The service here was okay. The issue I had was with the mechanic shop, JR complete, that they recommended because they serviced Japanese cars. That turned out to be true, but I was misled about the price and services that I would receive. This Autozone should rethink what shops they recommend. Also, I learned too late that car part stores recommend the shops that buy from them the most, not necessarily the best car shops. Do your research and get recommendations from friends or family members who do not have an interest in recommending their own customers."

"I just got a new battery from AutoZone on the corner of 23rd and expressway 83. The service Brenda provided was exceptional she changed my battery quickly and efficiently. She's a very experienced and knowledgeable employee. I definitely recommend this place for quick and good service."
"Total rip-offs.. I took a battery to get charger cuz my door ajar stayed on. they told it wasn't any good. That I needed to buy a new one. It was 3 months old but other auto parts store. So I went that store and they charged it. It was a good battery."
