"I usually go to o'reillys when I need something simple for the car and they are usually pretty helpful and they usually go out of their way to help me even to install it but this time they just showed me where the parts were and told me you need to just find the right size and left not sure what happened to the usual employees but I think they need to retrain the ones that were there. The cashier was very nice."
