They are so friendly and helpful. she pointed me to the perfect running shoe, it feels amazing. And the store is so clean and organized. Keep up the amazing work. "Horrible customer service! Employee was rude was bothered when I asked if they have shoes in a bigger size as the shoe did not fit, picked another style same employee was rude at check out. She stated she did not care that she was being rude! She was extremely rude and racist! Very sad that rack room shoes has people that behave this way in their stores definitely won't be going there again!"
