"May 9, 2023 9-10:30am. Was not even in the store today. Was waiting for another store to open that was in the same vicinity. An employee who referred to her self as "D" (caucasian female early-mid 20s) decided to record and take pictures of me while waiting for the store to open. This was very uncomfortable as she went in and out of the store several times to record. Instead of stocking people, just do your job and focus on sweeping floors and wiping down store counters for another forty years."

"Amazing customer service and a very organized and clean environment, Zumiez staff were very professional and helpful during my shopping experience Dea helped me a lot with selecting my ideal outfit and for that I am thankful."

"Went to get griptape on a longboard. They completely covered my truck screws and sanded down the middle of the board that showed the logo on top instead oh just the edges of the board. Polite staff but if you don't know how to put a skateboard together then you shouldn't work in a skate shop. I wouldn't trust them to put together a downhill board for me that goes 60mph if they can't even get griptape correct."

"Completely unprofessional staff. I came in to buy bearings for my skates with my friend. When I was done checking out, I picked up the iPhone on the counter thinking it was my friend’s since he was standing next to me. I go across the street to finish running errands and hear the phone going off & realize it’s not his phone. One of the employees from Zumies runs up to me and asks if I have an iPhone. I nicely told him yes, I had the phone in the car and was about to bring it back when we checked out. He and my friend went to the car to get the phone and he left. I called the store to apologize and they told me they didn’t want to hear my apology because I was a thief and hung up on me. I called back completely BAFFLED at her response hoping to speak with a manager and she hung up on me AGAIN. I have never had so much as a parking ticket & she accused me of stealing a phone. I come into this store so often to buy skate gear and clothes & was very taken aback by the way their staff handled the situation. If I was bold enough to STEAL a phone, why would I leave the phone on? Why would I admit that I had it? Why would I take you to my car to get it? How about as an employee on the clock, not have your phone next to the register where customers put their things down to pay? I do not steal and would love to actually speak with a manager. I’m putting my FULL google profile on this review so you know who I am and can look me up to contact me. I make 5X the amount of a Zumie’s employee. What do I look like stealing a phone?"

"I went inside the store & ordered some shoes for my daughter. i noticed when i got home they were the wrong size i called back & spoke with a young lady name Vickie! Her customer service was Amazing! And so was Jason's Thank you guy's..Awesome Store With great customer Service"
