"I went to city gear in Pearland to return an online order and the staff were rude. I asked the Caucasian male if he could order the correct size and he told me I had to go to Hibbett. I then asked f he could tell me of any stores that had my size in the area and he told me no because he needed a certain code. I asked where do find the code and he said " I don't know maybe online". I kept my cool and just asked for the credit that had to be placed on a gift card and left. When I got home I tried to order online and the card didn't work. I called the Pearland store 12 times and no one never answered so I gave up. Poor customer service. I will never return"
